The role
This role will be a key contributor to the Sales Enablement team on all initiatives implemented across the commercial team engaging on both structured training programs as well as ad hoc initiatives. A key responsibility will be gathering feedback from the teams to create additional iterations and further refine and improve the quality and usefulness of all content.
This is an exciting opportunity to think strategically, drive innovation and deliver exceptional content to improve sales effectiveness and product expertise. The Enablement Content Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and continuously improving top quality content for all customer segments within the commercial function at Soldo (Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships). Our Enablement team is highly driven to equip our people with the knowledge, content, processes and tools to optimise their effectiveness and maximise performance. The Enablement Content Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to build out high-impact and scalable content - including product marketing, sales leadership, revenue operations, and various subject matter experts.
We’re looking for someone who must have:
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement within a B2B technology environment, ideally within a fast-paced tech business.
- Proven understanding of Sales and Sales cycles
- Proficiency with Sales Enablement tools including Seismic, Salesforce, and others to optimise results.
- A bias for action and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset; able to use data to measure the effectiveness of the content.
- Demonstrated strong creative and innovative abilities having used presentation software extensively in the past.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office – particularly in the building of Sales decks in PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of owning and writing complex documents and presenting to various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
