The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Frontline team in Cambridge, TAS on a full-time permanent basis. As the CX Frontline Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and email cases while providing exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally
- Resolve a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system
- Process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone-based environment
- Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
