Solden Hill House is seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and other complex needs within our residential and supported living services in Byfield.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives
  • Assisting with daily living skills and personal care where required
  • Supporting residents to access the local community, activities and appointments
  • Encouraging choice, independence and personal development
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to provide high-quality person-centred care

Shift Pattern

This is a full-time role working a rota that includes:

  • 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Sleep-in shifts paid at £80 per sleep-in (currently approximately one every two weeks, with opportunities for additional sleep-ins if desired)
  • Every other weekend working
