What You'll Be Working On
The Role will be based in our London office and will report to the 2D/ 3D Designer- UKI. These duties may be reviewed and modified from time to time based on mutual needs.
This role will support the UKI Designer by working successfully on adapting global campaigns and evergreen assets to produce regional-specific 3D & 2D outputs in all physical retail environments that meets UKI Visual Merchandising (VM) and business objectives.
Primary responsibilities include assisting designing creative displays whilst ensuring adherence to Global VM guidelines.
This includes (but not limited to) permanent VM displays, in-store collateral and consumer-facing communication, pricing updates and pop-up and brand activations in key UKI retailers.
This role will support the UKI Designer also with large-scale Pop ups, Events and Marketing activations.
Under the supervision of INT Creative 360 team and UKI Designer, the role will also be working across key marketing, media & PR initiatives, supporting the team on localisation of 2D assets across various formats, such as large billboards, retailer-led campaigns, in-store and shopping mall takeovers.
You will work as the brand guardian in collaboration with the UKI Designer, Senior Marketing Manager & their team, to execute and/or guide agencies across a variation of different projects, ensuring we are localising our campaigns whilst adhering to global VM guidelines.
- VM, Store Design, Pop-ups & Events
- Ensure consistent brand execution that adheres to global guidelines and brand standards across all Sol de Janeiro retail environments, under the lead of UKI Designer
- Support UKI Designer in the 3D and 2D design development process through to approval for all retail activations, ensuring feedback and amends are complete in a timely manner
- Work with the Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising to ensure all renders & assets are delivered to the suppliers & retailers
- Work with the Assistant Manager VM on all collateral, communication strips & shelf talkers for all NPD launches, sharing final asset packs with the supplier, and seeing all printed collateral through to approval
- Oversee and support the development of any local unit, POS for NPD and small to medium VM activations/events
- Marketing
- Support UKI Design on 2D campaign initiatives across OOH (e. g. billboards, mall takeovers) and brand events, and develop assets or brief agencies accordingly, under the lead of 360 International creative team
- Provide full suite of campaign assets to all marketing & PR agencies in good time
- Support UKI Designer in direct & feedback to agencies on creative execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Must Haves
- Degree in Retail Design or Interior Design with experience in beauty industry (desirable).
- 3 years of experience in store design and VM.
- Proficient in Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch Up, and V-Ray.
- Strong skills in planogramming & 2D design.
- Strong skills in 3D renderings creation.
- Knowledge of print production, file preparation and color match is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines
- Ability to receive and integrate constructive feedback in a fast and smooth way.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams while maintaining creative consistency.
