Be part of something extraordinary - Join the pre-opening team behind our stunning Solaya. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Waiter/Waitress to join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025. Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-Starred Chef Kenny Atkinson features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline. The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.
Expected start date: Monday, 11th August 2025.
As our Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.04 (minimum contracted rate) to £15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance.
- Subsidised Travel arrangements after midnight (if applicable).
