We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025. Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson, features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline. The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine — sunshine food for the soul.
As our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, who:
- Supports the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, from overseeing team members and customer service to managing budgets and ensuring profitability
- Assists in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assists in recruitment, training and managing restaurant team members, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards
- Assists in developing and managing the restaurant’s budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
- Assists in implementing strategies to drive sales and improve overall financial performance
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Displays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager
