Position Overview
Join us as a Technical Presales Consultant and be the key technical driver for our Heat Pump sales across the UK, Ireland, Nordics & Benelux. You will architect compelling solutions, inspire clients with expert demos, and empower teams through training. Leverage your expertise to shape customer success and grow with us in this dynamic, field-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closure.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align solution offerings with market needs.
- Develop and present customized technical proposals and demonstrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including RFP/RFI responses and solution architectures.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations.
- Conduct technical trainings and workshops for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
- Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles in technology/software industry.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) required for technical documentation and client communication.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and whiteboarding skills.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
