We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in the United Kingdom to support our installer clients, partners, and internal teams across the UK market.

Job Responsibilities Provide pre-sales, in-process, and after-sales technical support for installer clients in the UK market.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members on customer visits , technical troubleshooting , and market research .

Create and maintain detailed service documentation , including service reports, maintenance records, and customer communication logs.

Perform other tasks and assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

Effective internal and external communication.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to handle and resolve technical issues independently.

Helpline or call center customer service experience, a background as an electrician, or practical hands-on experience installing inverters/batteries is preferred.

Experience in PV (photovoltaic), inverters, or energy storage systems is preferred.
