Most technical roles keep you behind a screen. This one puts you in front of installers, leading the room, solving problems and being remembered for it.
This is a customer-facing technical role focused on training, problem-solving, and representing SolaX in the field. You will lead installer training, support commissioning on-site, and act as a trusted technical presence across the UK and Ireland. This is not a sales role. Your impact is measured by installer confidence, repeat installations, and long-term relationships.

- Run sessions at:
- SolaX training centre (Atherstone, near Birmingham)
- Distributor locations

- Teach installation, wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Adapt HQ training into practical, UK-relevant guidance
- Deliver hands-on sessions using real systems
- Technical Support
- Provide feedback on UK-specific product requirements
- Installer & Partner Engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson
- Confidently guide and challenge installers where needed
- Support roadshows, demos and technical events
- Events & Internal Support
- Build, run and break down smaller exhibitions/trade events
- Support sales and marketing activity in the field
- Contribute to video and social content when required
- Maintain a professional, organised training environment
