What They’re Looking For:
They are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to take ownership of revenue generation and manage opportunities from first conversation through to contract close. This role suits someone comfortable running full-cycle sales in a scaling SaaS or fintech environment, with strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage senior decision-makers. You’ll work closely with business development, leadership, product, and strategic partners, playing an active role in shaping sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market execution as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close a pipeline of qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges, operational needs, and regulatory considerations
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
- Progress deals through negotiation, procurement, and final agreement
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging, pricing, and sales execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and deal documentation
- Share structured insights on objections, competitors, and market trends
- Contribute to building scalable, repeatable sales processes
Experience & Skills Required
- 5 years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role with closing responsibility
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Background selling B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or hospitality technology
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Confidence engaging founders, owners, operators, and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
