Overview:
We are looking for an IT Project Consultant to join our logistics professional services team. You will work with clients to implement logistics management software solutions, involving both business process understanding and technical configuration. The role combines customer-facing responsibilities with hands-on software setup and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to implement logistics software, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
- Gather and clarify business and technical requirements.
- Document requirements and specifications for development teams.
- Contribute to project scoping and effort estimation.
- Support solution design and integration planning.
- Align internal and external teams involved in implementations.
- Manage and execute system and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot issues during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing solution support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT implementation projects or system support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business-related field.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
