Agile Development Product Owner

Product Owner – Maidenhead We are looking for a Product Owner to help guide the development of digital products from idea to launch. You will work with teams to turn ideas into clear tasks and ensure everything stays on track through each sprint. Benefits: ~ Pension ~ Health insurance ~ Employees will be receiving a quarterly stipend to spend ~ Employee Assistance programme – wellbeing ~25 days holidays ~ Group Life assurance scheme ~ Long Term Disability Scheme Key Responsibilities: Help define the product vision and roadmap Turn ideas and feedback into clear user stories Work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming Keep the backlog organized and ready for development Write simple documentation and mockups when needed Use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to manage work Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a product owner or analyst role Degree in a relevant field (tech, analytics, etc.) Good communicator, both written and verbal Organized, motivated, and eager to learn Able to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment Comfortable working in Agile teams and familiar with development processes
