Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders, guiding them through monthly financial performance.
- Presenting to the board and senior leadership, clearly articulating performance drivers and explaining variances to plan and forecast.
- Collaborating closely with Commercial Finance, ensuring accurate forecasting and embedding new processes and controls to support emerging business initiatives.
- Leading and developing a team of part‑ and fully‑qualified reporting accountants, shaping their performance, coaching them, and acting as a key point of contact for both finance and operational leaders.
- Acting as a change agent, supporting system improvements, driving continuous enhancement and ensuring high‑quality team outputs.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountants with excellent communication skills, proven leadership experience and the confidence to present at a senior level. Experience with digital tools such as Power BI would be advantageous, though not essential.
