Main responsibilities

  • Support the identification and targeting of new business opportunities within the solar and BESS (hybrid) renewables market.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Perform ongoing research into procedures, certifications, and stages of EPC services specific to the UK market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Support contract and partnership development through analysis, coordination, and administrative assistance.
  • Monitor and report on industry regulations, government incentives, and new technologies in solar and energy storage.
  • Provide support throughout the business development lifecycle, from initial client interaction to deal support and documentation.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to gather market intelligence and support brand presence.

Your profile

  • Proven track record in business development, sales or project management within the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar and battery storage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and business growth plans.
  • Knowledge of solar PV technologies, hybrid energy solutions, project development, and financing models.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
