Our Values We will be an open & transparent counterparty We will employ a data-driven approach to collections, ensuring segmented collection strategies are applied in the right situations We will employ a fair & balanced approach to collections, employing all forbearance tools where practical We will work with our customers to achieve the right outcomes in a sustainable and timely way We will be a trusted custodian of our Client’s receivables Job purpose Joining this fast paced and lively Litigation team, your focus will be these 3 key areas · Handling your own case load from issuing of proceedings through to enforcement · Resolving queries with customers and clients · Assisting the Litigation Team Leader in managing a wide range of portfolios/clients Core Responsibilities · Liaising with original creditors/clients to resolve new and existing queries · Liaising with a variety of professionals who require specialist support in relation to our portfolios · Working with the recoveries manager to develop portfolio collection strategies Ideal experience · Experience in a debt recovery environment would be an advantage, though not essential as on the job training will be provided · Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential · Highly motivated with strong written and communication skills · Ensure that your quality and timeliness of work is in line with our policies and procedures · IT proficiency is required · An ability to use your own initiative, and work independently and as part of a team · Analytical skills · Passion to deliver results Benefits Annual bonus scheme based on company and individual performance Company pension matched up to 5% 25 days annual leave Birthday off Annual Leave increase for every year you have been here after 2 years of service (capped at 30 days) 50% off gym membership Private Health Care Cycle to work scheme Technology discount scheme Full training Study support Onsite Parking Opportunity for working from home after passing probation Refreshments and pizza on the last Friday of each month
