The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Lead the negotiations to secure Heads of Terms, Option and Lease agreements and other land rights with landowners required for the successful delivery of new projects.
- Keep on top of market rates, trends and influencing factors and devise a strategy to ensure EPD’s offering is competitive in the market whilst optimising the value of projects.
- Deliver support for land transactions and closing projects including management of due diligence.
- Work closely with the in-house legal team to monitor land agreements, milestones, reporting, updating risk register.
- Advise on land transactions in relation to joint venture partnerships, acquisition, sale and any associated due diligence.
Requirements:
- Experience of renewable energy project development and land/property acquisition.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the commercial parameters of renewable energy development and operation.
- Ideally have NSIP, DCO and renewables experience in land-related agreements such as negotiating and securing contracts.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel frequently for site visits and meetings.
