Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente is a leading company in the development and generation of renewable energy across Southern Europe, firmly committed to actively contributing to decarbonisation through a global energy model based on clean sources.

Since our foundation in 2002, thanks to a sustainable business strategy and management approach, we have evolved from an industrial company specialising in the manufacture of photovoltaic panels to a power generation company with a solid track record on the Spanish stock exchange. We have been listed since 2007, and in 2020 we reached a key milestone by joining Spain’s benchmark index, the IBEX 35.

We are currently seeking a Land Acquisition Manager with strategic vision and strong execution skills to lead the identification of key industrial sites for both data centres and renewable energy projects.

Your mission will be to identify high-potential land opportunities, negotiate agreements with landowners, and coordinate with technical, legal and environmental teams to bring to life infrastructures that drive digital and energy transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess suitable industrial land for data centres and renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage).
  • Conduct technical and financial analyses, considering access, infrastructure, environmental impact and profitability.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, easements and surface rights with landowners.
  • Coordinate with Environmental, Urban Planning and Technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and design feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team on contract drafting and review.
  • Manage relationships with brokers and real estate agencies to source new land opportunities.
  • Formalise private contracts with public authorities, ensuring proper registration and compliance.
  • Support project development and permitting phases, managing expectations of landowners and stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in land management, ideally within industrial or energy-related projects.
  • Solid understanding of land use regulation, licensing, permitting and applicable legislation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with landowners, authorities and internal teams.
  • Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach, with the ability to deliver within deadlines and budgets.

If you’re passionate about working on projects that shape the future of energy and digital infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.
