You will work in a well-supported 3-person team, receive full product training, and enjoy excellent benefits including private medical cover for your family.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year

Location: Based in Mallusk | Covering sites across Northern Ireland

Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000 per year

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Installation of solar PV panels
  • Work closely with your team to deliver top-quality installs
  • Follow H&S standards and ensure tidy, respectful job completion
  • Use smartphone apps for testing, reporting, and communicating with office staff
  • Travel from our Mallusk office to various sites in the company van

What You’ll Bring:

Essential:

  • 2 years experience of installing solar on tile, slate, metal & flat roofs
  • Valid CSR card or willing to attain this qualification upon employment starting
  • Comfortable working at heights with appropriate H&S measures in place
  • A clear criminal record
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • A good team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to commute to our office in Mallusk, company van will be used for travelling to and from installation location
  • Willing to undertake extensive manufacturer training on various products and H&S systems
  • Willing to attend very occasional trade or home improvement shows
  • Willing to work away from home in UK or ROI with overnight stays very occasionally

Desirable:

  • MWEP, PASMA and Telehandler qualifications or willing to obtain upon employment
  • Working at Heights qualification
  • Experience of working in domestic properties
  • Experience of using a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • Experience in a similar role and company
  • Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland

Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
