A position has arisen at SolarAid for an experienced Content and Social Media Manager, reporting to the Director of Communications. This is a full-time role, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to London for team meetings and project work. Salary: £36.5k - £40.5k (dependent on experience).
The role focuses on planning, managing and delivering content across SolarAid’s digital channels, including the website, blog, email and social media. Alongside day-to-day content and social media activity, the postholder will play an important role in supporting a major website redevelopment project, helping to review existing content, plan what moves forward, and improve consistency across channels.
We are looking for someone with strong content and social media experience, good editorial judgement, and the ability to manage content across multiple platforms. You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues across communications, fundraising and country teams, and confident in producing clear, engaging content for different audiences.
