A position has arisen at SolarAid for a Database Officer, reporting to the Supporter Experience Manager. This is a full‑time role, based in North London with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in the office). Salary: £29,700 - £31,500 (dependent on experience).
Following a record year of fundraising, SolarAid is investing in its data capability. This role will take ownership of our Salesforce CRM, ensuring that supporter data is accurate, well‑governed and effectively used to support fundraising, engagement and decision‑making.
The role combines hands‑on CRM management with data governance, systems oversight and insight delivery. You will work closely with teams across fundraising, communications and finance, as well as external specialists, to strengthen data quality, improve processes and support the long‑term sustainability of our systems.
We are looking for someone with strong CRM experience (ideally Salesforce), a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with both technical and non‑technical colleagues. You’ll be comfortable managing data quality, supporting compliance requirements, and producing clear, actionable insight.
