The role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to look after around 40 to 50 clients. You will work from home three days a week and come into our Manchester office for two. Your job is to make sure every client has a brilliant experience with Solar on Steroids. You will be their main point of contact, handling the day-to-day, keeping them informed, having difficult conversations when needed, and stepping in before small problems become big ones. You will help them get the most out of what we do.
What you will be doing
- Manage 40 to 50 relationships, primarily over WhatsApp
- Set expectations clearly from day one and keep things on track
- Be their voice internally and ensure they are looked after
- Spot anyone at risk of leaving and take action
- Work with our creative, editing, and media buying teams to ensure everything gets done properly and on time
- Organise client video shoots and handle the logistics
- Stay in regular contact with clients through check-ins and reviews
- Run satisfaction surveys and act on the feedback
- Keep client records up to date
- Track retention and flag any issues
- Help launch and onboard clients into new services
What we are looking for
- You can get to Manchester 2 to 3 times a week
- You are good with people: empathetic, a good listener, easy to work with
- You are organised and manage your time well
- You have experience in client success, account management, or a similar role (bonus if it is in marketing or creative)
- Solar or renewables experience is a plus, but not essential
- You are straight-talking and care about doing a good job
- You are comfortable with friendly, personable client relationships
