Your mission:
As Media Buyer at Solar on steroids, you will drive performance across our client Meta ad campaigns, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality leads at efficient costs.
Role summary:
We need a performance-driven Media Buyer who can take ownership of day-to-day campaign management across client accounts.
You\'ll be working almost exclusively on Meta Ads and will be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver high-quality leads at efficient CPLs & CPAs.
This is not a hands-off, \'optimise once a week\' type of role. We\'re looking for someone who loves the data, thrives on testing, and takes pride in refining campaigns to squeeze every bit of value from them.
You will work alongside Joe, our cofounder, and manage over 6 figures in paid media advertising spend per month alongside him.
You\'ll learn our industry-leading paid media strategy, that has delivered results for every single client that we have advertised for.
Core responsibilities:
Campaign management:
- Launch, manage, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms
- Continuously monitor performance, adjust budgets and creatives as needed
- Run A/B tests to iterate on audiences, placements, copy, and creatives
- Report key metrics, learnings, and next steps to internal team
Creative collaboration:
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing Specialist to feedback performance insights and influence new creatives
- Identify winning ad elements and recommend optimisations
- Provide data-driven insights to guide creative strategy
Qualifications & skills:
Essential technical skills:
- Previous experience running Facebook/Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of the Meta platform (Business Manager, Ads Manager)
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and pinpoint required adjustments

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- You don\'t need to be told when something looks off — you investigate it
