We’re on the lookout for a proactive Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their wholesale site in Livingston, Scotland. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a team making real impact in a sector that’s shaping the future.
Why This Role Stands OutThis isn’t just another warehouse role. You’ll have variety every day, switching between keeping operations in the warehouse running smoothly and heading out on the road to deliver and collect. Think of it as the best of both worlds: hands-on logistics plus the freedom of driving.
What You’ll Be Doing- Taking charge of incoming deliveries, checking manifests and spotting any damage
- Packing and processing orders with care, ready for courier dispatch
- Hitting the road in the company van for supplier collections and customer deliveries
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, safe, and well-stocked
- Supporting customers with collections and vehicle loading
- Pitching in with all aspects of warehouse life — no two days are the same
- Building solid relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- A full driving licence (no more than 6 points/no endorsements)
- Experience in renewable energy/solar (a bonus, not a deal‑breaker)
- Wholesale experience is preferable
- Confident IT and admin skills
- Great communicator who thrives in a busy environment
- Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
