YOUR MISSION...
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening the strategic partnership with our key utility-scale clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and driving mutual business growth.
YOU WILL...

  • Accountable for driving and achieving business objectives across the assigned countries or regions under your management
  • Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially
  • Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies.
  • Provide account forecasts while keeping the company's CRM and other company information tools up to date
  • Develop together with the strategic account leadership team strategies to maintain LONGi's product and brand as one of the key product and solution provider for our client
  • Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and our client. This may include trips to audit plants together with the client
  • Leverage our products and company's unique capabilities and strengths
  • Initiate creative solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships

YOU NEED...
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships (within renewable energy sector is a strong advantage, especially in utility scale segment)
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role is essential; experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry is not mandatory but will be considered a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English
