Responsibilities

  • Benefits Lifecycle Management & Consultancy
    • Manage the full regional benefits lifecycle—from design to delivery—ensuring seamless enrolment, eligibility, renewals, and separation processes.
    • Lead annual benefits research and competitive benchmarking across countries, using insights to propose upgrades and improvements that align with business and employee needs.
    • Design and document benefits processes and SOPs, including enrolment and offboarding workflows.
    • Develop and deliver training for HR Ops and HRBPs, ensuring consistent understanding and communication of benefit programs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear, supportive guidance to employees on benefits options and policies.
    • Partner with brokers, insurers, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and quick resolution of issues.
    • Lead procurement activities, monitor utilisation trends, and gather feedback to keep offerings cost-effective, compliant, and competitive.
    • Analyse trends, metrics, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend policy or cost improvements.
    • Manage the project delivery of launching an internal employee-facing benefits system across EMEA.
  • Vendor & Program Management
    • Partner with brokers, insurers, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and quick resolution of issues.
    • Lead procurement activities, monitor utilisation trends, and gather feedback to keep offerings cost-effective, compliant, and competitive.
    • Analyse trends, metrics, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend policy or cost improvements.
    • Manage the project delivery of launching an internal employee-facing benefits system across EMEA.
  • Regional CoE Partnership
    • Serve as a regional expert within the Total Rewards CoE, sharing market insights and best practices.
    • Collaborate with the Global Total Reward team to localise global benefit programs, ensuring regional relevance and consistency.
    • Support tax reporting, filings, and compliance activities in partnership with Payroll and Finance teams.
  • Employee Experience & Communication
    • Partner with HR Operations to communicate benefit programs effectively, enhancing employee engagement through clear and meaningful messaging.
    • Ensure a seamless employee experience by proactively resolving issues and maintaining strong governance over benefits and payroll processes.
  • Payroll Operations and Compliance
    • Oversee assigned country payrolls, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple European countries.
    • Manage monthly inputs, including new hires, terminations, changes, leave, and benefits updates.
    • Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and data validations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
    • Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and statutory requirements.
    • Resolve payroll queries promptly and maintain accurate HRIS/payroll data for reporting, audits, and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits management and payroll across European countries.
  • Strong background in benefits administration, vendor management and multi-country program coordination.
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations and statutory compliance within Europe.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide strategic input on reward programs in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across levels.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems, with strong Excel/Google Sheets ability.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • CIPP or similar certification is a plus.
