MetaWealth⢠is a Web3 investment platform offering you fractional ownership in real estate properties that generate passive income.
Weâre building an informed investor community, democratizing wealthâbuilding through sustainable investments in real assets. RWAs have a big issue, however. They are mostly illiquid, and we are tackling that challenge by building the infrastructure for all onâchain assets. We are looking for fullâstack developers with a backâend focus to join us in achieving this vision. This position comes with a threeâmonth trial period with the potential for fullâtime employment based on performance.
What kinds of challenges will you be working on at MetaWealth?
Contribute to the design and development of new Backend and Blockchain systems
Make changes in existing systems to improve performance, security, and UX
Research technical approaches and drive decisions on platform components
Own the responsibility for analysis, design, and implementation
Writing, testing, upgrading, auditing, and deploying Solana smart contracts and building the System design (oracles, services, etc) around them
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering and product teams to prioritize, estimate cost, spec upcoming features, and productize customer requests
Work closely with company founders to identify upcoming opportunities and risks while implementing and maintaining our infrastructure
What weâre looking for

Can operate with a high degree of autonomy and should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
2+ years of experience writing smart contracts in production.
Rust/Anchor for onâchain programs
Shipping software and pushing to production daily

Knowledge of Data Structures and some common algorithms
