MetaWealth™ is a Web3 investment platform offering fractional ownership in real estate properties that generate passive income. We’re building an informed investor community, democratizing wealth-building through sustainable investments in real assets. RWAs have a big issue, however. They are mostly illiquid, and we are tackling that challenge by building the infrastructure for all on-chain assets. We are looking for full-stack developers with a back-end focus to join us in achieving this vision. This position comes with a three-month trial period with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
What kinds of challenges will you be working on at MetaWealth?
- Contribute to the design and development of new Backend and Blockchain systems
- Make changes in existing systems to improve performance, security, and UX
- Research technical approaches and drive decisions on platform components
- Own the responsibility for analysis, design, and implementation
- Writing, testing, upgrading, auditing, and deploying Solana smart contracts and building the System design (oracles, services, etc) around them
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering and product teams to prioritize, estimate cost, spec upcoming features, and productize customer requests
- Work closely with company founders to identify upcoming opportunities and risks while implementing and maintaining our infrastructure
What we're looking for

- No ego, a goal-oriented design enthusiast who both pro-actively seeks and provides constructive feedback with confidence
- Well-versed in understanding all typical attack vectors
- Ability to derive the information from a research paper, whitepaper, technical paper, litepaper, etc.
- Can operate with a high degree of autonomy and should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience writing smart contracts in production
- Rust/Anchor for on-chain programs
- Shipping software and pushing to production daily
