We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team and help build a Real-World Asset (RWA) protocol. You will be responsible for developing Solana Programs using the Anchor framework, ensuring security and efficiency, and collaborating closely with backend and product teams. This role requires deep expertise in Rust, Solana, and DeFi protocols, with a strong focus on security, testing, and auditing programs. Additionally, you will contribute to client libraries that facilitate integrations with our programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop Solana programs using the Rust Anchor framework and write unit and integration tests to ensure program security and stability.
- Conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and optimise programs.
- Work with SPL Tokens, Token 2022, and Metaplex Core for NFT and token integrations.
- Develop client libraries for integrating with our programs using Rust and Node.js.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to define and implement protocol features.
- Monitor on-chain activity, debug issues, and optimise performance.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Rust development and 1+ years working with Solana Programs and Anchor framework.
- Strong understanding of Solana's runtime, transaction execution, and security best practices.
- Experience with DeFi, RWA (Real-World Assets), and staking mechanisms.
- Knowledge of SPL Token standards and Metaplex NFT protocols.
- Ability to write and audit secure programs, preventing common exploits.
- Experience developing client libraries for external integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, sprints, standups, retrospectives).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ethereum smart contracts (EVM).
- Experience integrating Solana programs with backend services.
