We’re looking for a Product Director to own our global Fiat & Payments domain, including banking integrations, payment rails, fiat on/off ramps, local payment methods, and global money movement infrastructure. You’ll drive product strategy while remaining closely involved in execution, partner integrations, and day‑to‑day product decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fiat & Payments globally.
- Lead the development of payment products including bank integrations, local payment methods, on/off ramps, payouts, and card funding flows.
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external providers to deliver scalable payment infrastructure.
- Drive expansion into new markets and payment ecosystems.
- Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers.
- Define and track key metrics including conversion, payment success rates, transaction costs, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor Product Managers and help scale the product organization while remaining hands‑on.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including bank transfers, cards, payouts, and alternative payment methods.
- Proven track record delivering complex products involving multiple external partners and integrations.
- Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with global payment rails such as ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with a high degree of ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or digital asset infrastructure.
