We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to join a small, high-impact team at Solace. This is a hands-on role working across:

  • events

  • policy and sector insight
  • consultancy and interim services

If you’ve got 1–3 years’ marketing experience and want to build real, end-to-end campaign skills — this is a strong next step.

What you’ll actually be doing

This isn’t a narrow role. You’ll be working across:

  • Email marketing (HubSpot) – building, sending and improving campaigns
  • Website (WordPress) – creating and updating pages
  • Content – writing emails, web copy and social posts
  • Social media – publishing and supporting employee advocacy
  • Campaign delivery – helping plan and execute multi-channel activity
  • Reporting – tracking performance and improving results

You’ll work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and get exposure to the full marketing mix, not just one channel.

What we’re looking for

  • Some experience in a marketing role (c. 1–3 years)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools like WordPress and email platforms (HubSpot ideal)
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to get stuck in and take ownership

Why this role is a good move

  • You’ll work across multiple campaigns and services, not just one product
  • You’ll build experience in email, content, web and analytics
  • You’ll be part of a small team where your work has real visibility and impact
  • You’ll develop quickly — this is a role that can grow into the next step
