About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in London. This role is critical to our continued expansion across EMEA, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships. As an SDR at Solace, you’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities, all while developing valuable skills in enterprise sales.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound and inbound strategies
- Engage with potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Clearly articulate Solace’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the wider GTM team
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Must-Haves
- Professional fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to French
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or SaaS/tech
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)
