About the Role
Solace is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support regional growth across EMEA through the planning and execution of integrated field marketing programs. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer with strong event experience who is ready to take increased ownership of regional initiatives and act as a trusted partner to sales and partner teams. The Field Marketing Manager will manage end‑to‑end event programs, contribute to regional marketing strategy, and support pipeline and revenue goals through well‑executed, data‑driven field activity.
What You’ll Do
- Field & Event Marketing
- Plan, manage and execute end‑to‑end field marketing programs, including in‑person, virtual and hybrid events such as conferences, trade shows, partner events, executive roundtables and webinars.
- Own event delivery from planning and budgeting through logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution and post‑event follow‑up.
- Ensure all field programs align with regional sales priorities and pipeline objectives.
- Integrated Marketing Programs
- Execute regional marketing activity across the full B2B marketing mix, including events, campaigns, partner marketing and account‑based initiatives.
- Localize and activate global campaigns to ensure relevance for EMEA markets.
- Support go‑to‑market initiatives with targeted regional and account‑focused programs.
- Sales & Partner Collaboration
- Act as a key marketing partner to regional sales teams, supporting sales‑aligned field activity.
- Collaborate with partners on co‑branded events, sponsorships and joint marketing initiatives.
- Provide sales teams with event messaging, invitations, follow‑up assets and insights.
- Marketing Operations & Performance
- Build and manage campaigns using Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring accurate lead, pipeline and ROI tracking.
- Manage projects and workflows using Jira or similar tools.
- Track performance, analyze results and provide reporting with recommendations for optimization.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with demonstrated experience in field, regional or demand marketing roles.
- Proven ability to execute end‑to‑end event marketing programs.
- Experience marketing to technical or enterprise audiences (e.g. IT, architects, developers, data or integration teams).
- Industry Experience
- Experience in, or strong exposure to, technology companies in areas such as data platforms, AI or analytics.
- Real‑time data, streaming or integration technologies.
- Event‑Driven Architecture (EDA), messaging, middleware or cloud technologies.
- Tools & Systems
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Jira (or similar project management tools).
- Language & Travel
- Fluency in English required.
- A second European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish or Italian) preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly within EMEA to support regional events and initiatives.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
