We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to join a small, high-impact team at Solace. This is a hands-on role working across:
- events
- leadership programmes
- policy and sector insight
- consultancy and interim services
If you’ve got 1–3 years’ marketing experience and want to build real, end-to-end campaign skills — this is a strong next step.
What you’ll actually be doing
This isn’t a narrow role. You’ll be working across:
- Email marketing (HubSpot) – building, sending and improving campaigns
- Website (WordPress) – creating and updating pages
- Content – writing emails, web copy and social posts
- Social media – publishing and supporting employee advocacy
- Campaign delivery – helping plan and execute multi-channel activity
- Reporting – tracking performance and improving results
You’ll work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and get exposure to the full marketing mix, not just one channel.
What we’re looking for
- Some experience in a marketing role (c. 1–3 years)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like WordPress and email platforms (HubSpot ideal)
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
