Salary:
- Unqualified: £18,806.40 - £19,629.44 per annum (Based on an FTE salary of £29,385 - £30,671 per annum)
- Qualified: £19,629.44 - £21,400.32 per annum (Based on an FTE salary of £30,671 - £33,438 per annum)

About the Role
As the Project Coordinator for the Next Steps Drop-in Service, you will oversee a team of volunteer mentors who provide ongoing emotional and practical support to women who have experienced domestic abuse and previously accessed crisis services. Within this service, you will help cultivate a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where women can rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, and progress in their recovery journey. This role is rooted in lived experience and/or a deep sense of empathy and understanding, and is delivered through a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
