About the Role

The Executive Assistant provides discreet, reliable, and proactive support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Trustees. The role ensures that senior leadership and governance structures operate efficiently, supporting the delivery of high‑quality services to survivors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings and governance activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and confidential documents.
  • Managing shared drives, digital filing systems, and other administrative systems.
  • Providing IT support for day‑to‑day operations, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Supporting occasional evening trustee or sub‑committee meetings.
  • Adapting quickly to changing priorities and supporting initiative-driven projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience in managing digital systems and workflow optimisation.
  • Confidence in handling confidential information and executive level correspondence.
  • Positive, pro‑active, and adaptable working style.
