Solace Women’s Aid in London is seeking a Director of Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio of services supporting survivors of gender-based violence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a senior management team and shape the future of our services.
You will drive innovation, quality and financial sustainability, build influential partnerships with commissioners and stakeholders, manage significant budgets and risk, and keep survivors at the centre of our work.
