We are now looking for a Deputy Director of Fundraising to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As the Deputy Director of Fundraising, you will oversee the implementation of our income growth strategies.
Leading the statutory and non-statutory income generation team, you will manage budgets, and ensure fundraising targets are met.
Working closely with service teams, you will retain and grow commissioned income, securing funding through persuasive tenders, grants, and high-quality applications.
You will also build relationships with key stakeholders, with a focus on multi-year partnerships, while also overseeing the execution of fundraising campaigns and innovative giving initiatives.
Additionally, you will:
– Develop and maintain internal systems for donor and prospect pipeline management
– Ensure all fundraising activities comply with governance, legislation, and fundraising regulations
– Represent us at networking events and key stakeholder meetings
About You
To be considered as a Deputy Director of Fundraising, you will need:
– Experience securing and managing six and seven-figure accounts
– Experience leading, managing, and motivating high-performing teams
– A track record of financial success through awareness-raising campaigns
– Knowledge of fundraising regulations and governance compliance
– Strong income generation and strategic development skills
– Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
– The ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, corporates, and funders
– Strong digital skills and an understanding of data-driven fundraising
– The ability to manage multiple income streams
