Solace Women's Aid is seeking a Group Worker & Coordinator to lead a range of survivor-focused group sessions across Islington, with duties split between online, in-person, and multiple sites. You will coordinate ARISE courses, peer support groups, and wellbeing workshops, while acting as an external-facing ambassador for the Islington SASS team.
You will support survivors, assess needs, manage group dynamics, and safeguard, with a commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-led practice.
