About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Support, you will lead Solace's operational IT infrastructure, Health & Safety compliance, and Head Office management. You will also manage supplier contracts, a central administration budget, and a team of staff and volunteers.
Based at our Camden Head Office, this role requires office attendance five days per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and is not suitable for hybrid working.
The postholder will act as Head Office Fire Warden, supporting fire safety compliance, evacuation procedures, record keeping, and a safe environment for staff, volunteers and visitors.
This is a varied management role with significant ownership, ideal for an experienced operations professional with knowledge of Microsoft administration and cyber security who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organisation.
