Response Operations Manager (Entry Level)
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: Starting from £28,000 per year
The Role
As a Response Operations Manager, you will be on the frontline of risk management, responding to emergencies, monitoring global events, and delivering real‑time intelligence to safeguard people, assets, and reputations worldwide. Working within a collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our clients by providing timely and actionable advice during critical situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency calls and provide immediate support, including safety and security advice when required.
- Global Threat Monitoring: Track global events and proactively alert customers to emerging threats that could impact their personnel, assets, or operations.
- Advisory and Support: Deliver customer advice on security‑related incidents, travel risks, and operational safety.
- Incident Analysis: Conduct short‑term event analysis and prepare pre‑travel advisories for global clients.
- Crisis Management: Coordinate responses to crisis events, including emergency evacuations when necessary.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with our clients to manage expectations and deliver operational outcomes in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Candidate Profile
