Solar PV Electrician / Hemel Hempstead, On Site / £51,000 Per Annum + Discretionary Bonus Sola Renewable Company, a fast-growing renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced Solar PV Electrician. The role will involve installing, testing, commissioning and certifying solar PV systems, battery storage, home backup equipment and EV chargers. The successful candidate will be driven, dependable and technically confident, with strong electrical knowledge and a minimum of three years practical electrical installation experience. They must also have at least one years experience installing battery storage systems. This is a great opportunity to become a key member of Solas growing in-house team. Key Requirements of the Solar PV Electrician Role: Carry out the electrical installation, connection, testing and commissioning of domestic and selected commercial solar PV systems. Install and commission hybrid inverters, battery storage systems, gateways and whole-home backup equipment. Install consumer units, protective devices, AC isolators, surge protection, submains, containment, earthing and bonding arrangements. Complete initial verification, test schedules, Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates and EICRs where applicable.
