The role also involves maintaining communication with internal colleagues, external suppliers, and clients, ensuring all parties are updated on progress and key actions. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving warrant-related escalations.
- Making account-level decisions in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting field and office-based teams to achieve successful job completion.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring the progress of high-value accounts during warrant execution.
- Proactively managing workloads and timescales whilst maintaining compliance and safety standards.
- Producing, analysing, and distributing performance reports.
- Supporting supplier relationships and performance management.
- Attending client meetings when required.
- Providing cover and support for senior team members as needed.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant industry regulations, including OFGEM codes of practice.
- Assisting with the implementation and communication of process improvements and updates.
