About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Certificated Enforcement Agent to undertake the personal delivery of enforcement correspondence on behalf of our clients.
This role is focused primarily on attending addresses and serving enforcement notices, judgments, and related documentation.
Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring documents are delivered accurately and professionally while maintaining detailed records of all visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver enforcement and judgment-related correspondence to residential and commercial addresses.
- Accurately record attendance details and outcomes using a mobile device or reporting system.
- Conduct visits in a professional and respectful manner.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures.
- Manage your own workload and schedule within agreed service levels.
Requirements
- Current Enforcement Agent Certificate (essential).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone capable of accessing reporting systems and capturing evidence.
