A growing utilities consultancy is seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Utilities Administrator to support its operations team. This role would suit someone with strong problem‑solving skills, a methodical approach to work, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting account administration, and responding efficiently to customer and supplier enquiries. Previous experience within utilities, energy, or waste is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain working relationships with preferred suppliers
- Manage and update sales and customer pipelines through accurate CRM record‑keeping
- Complete Change of Tenancy processes efficiently and accurately
- Maintain customer account portfolios across internal systems and CRM platforms
- Resolve customer and supplier queries promptly via phone and email
- Monitor and manage multiple shared email inboxes
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all administrative tasks
