The Role The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a regional field team, with a focus on performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role includes direct responsibility for training, recruitment, auditing, and supporting field operatives. A strong understanding of debt collection processes and procedures is essential, as the role includes managing and overseeing debt recovery visits.
