A leading and rapidly growing debt recovery and litigation services provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to support continued expansion across its B2B-focused operation. With over 85 employees and consistent year-on-year growth exceeding 30%, the company offers a full suite of services, including:
- White-label credit management outsourcing
- Office and field-based debt collection
- In-house legal action (SRA-regulated)
- Tracing and debt counselling services
The company typically partners with medium to large businesses (turnover £30M+) and has built a reputation for tailored, professional recovery solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing their own pipeline from initial contact through to onboarding. This includes:
- Cold calling prospects via CRM
- Building referral networks with accountants, insolvency practitioners, and other key contacts
- Attending meetings and presenting tailored recovery solutions
- Producing written proposals post-meeting
- Supporting onboarding and attending ongoing client review meetings
- Meeting agreed revenue and appointment targets
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years in a business development focused role with demonstrable revenue delivery
- Professional, consultative approach to business development
- Full UK driving licence (nationwide travel required)
- Able to evidence income generation from current/previous roles
Package & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £65K depending on experience
- Uncapped commission: 10% on year-one revenue, 5% on year-two revenue
