Key Responsibilities:
- Attend properties to enforce court orders and recover unpaid debts
- Assess financial situations and set up affordable repayment plans
- Handle payments, manage documentation, and report case progress
- Make enquiries to trace individuals and assess vulnerability
- Take control or removal of goods where necessary
- Comply with all legal standards, data protection, and health & safety guidelines
What They’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Taking Control of Goods certificate (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (held for 2+ years)
- Confident, empathetic, and professional communicator
- Self-motivated, calm under pressure, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a respectful, ethical approach to enforcement
