What You\’ll Do
We are looking for someone who loves operations, enjoys problem solving with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships. The position will report to the Assistant Manager of Sales Operations, EU & UK and will partner with various stakeholders to support our UK and EU growth.
Responsibilities
- Receive, enter, and process all domestic and international customer POs daily, ensuring orders translate into our ERP system.
- Input POs accurately to ensure the validity of all sales reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to place, track, and confirm delivery for marketing, PR initiatives, sampling, and related needs.
- Work with commercial and demand teams to allocate correct SKUs and quantities on all orders.
- Meet KPIs established by the manager (e.g., place orders within 24 hours, monthly order volume aligned with business needs, meet project deadlines).
- Attend the office at least two to three days per week for collaboration.
- Assist with the gradual rollout of EDI order processing by coordinating testing with retail partners and internal teams.
- Monitor manual and EDI order processes, identifying and escalating transmission errors to the line manager.
- Document all processes with clear, step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Begin familiarisation with SAP processes in preparation for go-live in the coming year.
- Communicate effectively with Retail Partners and Third-Party Vendors regarding all open orders (manual and EDI).
Must Haves
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related fields
- 2-3 years of relevant workplace experience
- Proactive team player with strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail to process multiple sales orders accurately with initiative to flag errors
- Strong business sense and experience operating in small to medium-sized business environments
- Ability to operate effectively and independently
- Beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required; passion for beauty products and for Sol de Janeiro is essential
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with or willingness to learn SAP is highly desirable
- Exposure to or interest in EDI platforms and workflows; EDI experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in an environment undergoing systems and process change
