Putting it simply – what do we need? Someone to keep Sokito moving. You're the connective tissue between brand, retail, production and community, making sure the day-to-day runs so the creative work can land. Part coordinator, part operator, part fixer.
WHO ARE SOKITO.
Football connects more people than anything else. Bigger than any religion, any sport, any nationality. 250 million pairs of football boots are sold each year, yet there hasn't been a successful challenger brand in two decades. The competition has lost focus. Boots are built for hype, not for players. Gimmicks over performance. Marketing over purpose. Sokito is built from an unwavering passion to better the beautiful game. Every material, every decision, every product made with purpose. Our goal is to become one of the world's leading football brands. A football brand built by footballers. Sokito is a start-up. Resource is our biggest pinch point. The role below has clear responsibilities but this isn't a structured 9-5. You'll be hands-on across the business and you'll be trusted to figure things out.
THE ROLE.
You make sure Sokito runs. Across content, production, retail, events and community, you're the person who keeps the wheels turning, the diary tight and the team focused on the work that matters. You report into the Head of Creative and work closely with the wider marketing, retail and customer service teams.
- Admin & Organisation: Own the Google Drive. File structures, naming conventions, asset libraries. Make sure the team can find what they need in seconds, not minutes.
- Content & CMS: Help maintain the Sokito blog, website and CMS. Schedule, format, publish and maintain. Make sure every piece of content lives where it should, looks how it should and goes out on time.
- Production Support: Support shoots, campaigns and content production end-to-end. Call sheets, schedules, kit lists, logistics, on-the-day coordination. You're the person making sure the shoot runs so the creative team can focus on the work.
- Freelancer & Partner Outreach: Book and coordinate freelancers, photographers, videographers and production partners. Manage outreach, contracts, schedules and invoicing. Build a roster we can rely on.
- Retail Support: Arrange product packs for retailers. Make sure partners have what they need, when they need it, presented the way Sokito should be presented.
- Events Coordination: Coordinate Sokito's presence at events, activations and 'Boots on the Ground' moments. Logistics, kit, travel, on-site support. You make sure everything's where it needs to be before anyone asks.
- Travel & Logistics: Book travel and accommodation for the team, athletes and partners. Keep it organised, keep it on budget, keep it moving.
- Customer Service Support: Support our existing customer service team during peak moments and drops. You're not running the function, you're stepping in when volume spikes and helping the team stay on top of it.
ABOUT YOU.
- You're ruthlessly organised. Spreadsheets, schedules, file structures. You take pride in the work most people find boring.
- You're calm under pressure. When a shoot moves, a freelancer drops out or a retailer needs something tomorrow, you don't panic. You solve.
- You're a generalist with operational instincts. Comfortable jumping between writing a blog, booking a flight and chasing an invoice in the same hour.
- You're a self-starter. You don't wait to be told what's next. You see what needs doing and you do it.
- You care about the details. You notice when a file is named wrong or a deadline is slipping before anyone else does.
- You want to work in football, in a brand, in a start-up.
EXPERIENCE.
- 1-3 years in a coordinator, assistant or operations role, ideally in a brand, agency or start-up environment.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, a CMS (Shopify or similar), and project management tools.
- Confident writing in a brand voice and following an existing style.
- Bonus points for football, fashion, sportswear or DTC experience.
DELIVERABLES.
- A weekly operations planner covering shoots, events, freelancer bookings and retailer shipments.
- A consistently up-to-date, well-organised Google Drive.
- All blogs published on schedule and on brand.
- A monthly 'Boots on the Ground' logistics report.
- A live freelancer and partner roster.
WHAT DOES SOKITO OFFER.
- London-based, three days a week in the Soho office.
- Flexible working hours. So long as the job is complete, we don't care when you do it.
- A starting salary of £32,000.
- Private healthcare and expenses.
- 3% pension contribution.
- Direct access to a fast-moving brand and the chance to shape how it operates from the inside.
