We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team. The Role
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams to understand their individual ways of working, including Agile maturity, challenges and opportunities for improvement. Partnering with the Head of Delivery, you will help shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework, define and track north‑star metrics and provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to support teams in achieving their goals. You will proactively identify and remove impediments to fast, high‑quality, high‑value delivery, collaborating both within Product Engineering and across wider stakeholder groups such as Operations. When required, you will also take direct ownership and leadership of business‑critical delivery initiatives.
Requirements
- You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks and principles, and can flexibly adapt these to individual teams and real‑world challenges.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and inspire individuals with varied roles, backgrounds and seniority levels.
- You have experience leading and implementing change from both a human and process standpoint, with a wide toolbox of resources to influence and coach effectively.
- You have experience leading complex, critical business‑impacting projects across multiple teams, able to lead with clarity, calmness and effective stakeholder and team management.
- You are an excellent facilitator, confident in leading effective meetings and workshops.
- You can identify and analyse trends, impediments and opportunities at both a team and company level, developing potential solutions to support continuous improvement.
- You build relationships and promote team culture, with the ability to drop into and back out of teams as you coach them through individual challenges and opportunities.
- You promote a mindset for continuous learning and experimentation to effectively influence change across the business.
- You are organised and methodical, able to prioritise your workload and understand where to add value.
